Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bradninch & Kentisbeare Cricket Club will be held as follows:

Time: 7pm
Location: Kensham Park, Bradninch
This notice is issued in accordance with the Club Constitution, which requires at least 10 clear days’ notice of all General Meetings.
Business of the Meeting
- Reports from Officers
- Consideration of proposed constitutional amendments
- Election of Officers and Committee members
- Approval of subscriptions and fees
- Any other business
The agenda and proposed resolutions are circulated separately and are available on the Club website and noticeboard.
Member Motions / Rule Changes / Any Other Business
Any proposed amendments to the Constitution or any other business must be submitted in writing to the Secretary at least 7 days prior to the AGM, in accordance with the Constitution. Please email hello@bandkcc.co.uk
