You don’t need qualifications.
You just need a willingness to get involved.
We’ll take care of the rest.
Umpiring
Umpiring is one of the best seats in the house.
You’re in the middle of the action, part of the game, and respected by players and teams. It’s a brilliant way to stay involved with cricket without playing every week.
We offer:
- Full training and mentoring
- Beginner-friendly introductions
- Paid umpire courses and qualifications
- Ongoing support from experienced members
- Flexible commitment (do as much or as little as you like)
If you can stay calm, be fair, and enjoy the game — you can umpire.
Scoring
Scoring keeps the story of the match alive.
Balls, runs, wickets, partnerships — you capture it all. It’s perfect if you love the detail of the game or prefer contributing off the field.

- Paid scoring courses
- Friendly matchday support
- A relaxed, social way to be part of the club
No maths degree required — just someone who enjoys being involved.
