Bradninch & Kentisbeare Cricket Club capped off a memorable season with its annual Club Awards Night, celebrating success both on and off the field.
Off the pitch, BKCC achieved some amazing milestones, with Christopher Deanβs Great Shave and Ladies Day for Breast Cancer Now each raising over Β£4,000 for charity β a testament to the generosity and community spirit that define the club.

The evening also shone a spotlight on the clubβs incredible volunteers β the people who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Special thanks went to Paula, Megan, Justine, Jess, Abby, Alan and Suzie for transforming the clubhouse ahead of the event.

To the tea team β Justine, Steve and Donna β for keeping everyone fed and happy, and to Christopher Dean for his tireless efforts behind the bar and around the club.
The club also recognised Buzz and Will Birley for their brilliant help with Bollyβs Bar, the Music Festival, and major events, and Steve Triner for his invaluable behind-the-scenes work maintaining BKCCβs livestream and IT systems.
BKCC extended heartfelt thanks to all its committee members and to all club sponsors, particularly Mel and Steve Light at Edenvale, whose continued generosity and partnership are vital to the clubβs success.

β Young Player of the Year: Bobby Marsh β 356 runs (including a maiden century and two fifties) and standout match-winning innings.
π₯ Club Player of the Year: Gary Chappell β 461 runs, 33 wickets, and captain of the Premier League title-winning 1st XI.
